Paper should be limited to 6 pages. Any extra pages will be charged Rs 300/- per page.
Do not add page numbers or headers/footers.
Do not alter the margins of our templates.
Paper size is 8.5 x 11.
The paper must include the author’s name and full affiliation address including country.
Use clear, legible graphics and diagrams contained within the margins.
Do not use copyrighted material without permission and proper crediting.
All pages are to be in portrait.
Authors should submit their papers only through the EasyChair Conference link. Create/sign up for an EasyChair account and upload your paper.
The papers which are not in the required format will be subjected to rejection without any judgment on its quality.
Plagiarism report of the content exceeding the acceptable range will not be permitted for presentation.
All papers that conform to submission guidelines will be peer-reviewed and evaluated based on originality, innovation, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability.
At least one author of an accepted paper should register for their paper to be presented/ published. The co-authors can pay the participation fee to attend the conference.
If an author has got more than one accepted paper, each paper has to be registered separately.
Please note that the Conference Attendee / Listener registration fee doesn’t cover the registration kit and proceedings.
The registration doesn’t cover accommodation, transportation, etc.
