The H&S department was established to train the first year students to get accustomed to the engineering lifestyle, and provide them with perfect platform to face advanced levels.
The uniqueness of H&S faculty is they train the newbie students, nurture them and provide a perfect introduction to the engineering courses. They are indeed the best at what they do.
JNTUH plans the academic proceedings, and we release academic plans basing on that. The first year students should follow them to know about the proposed activities for the year.
We concentrate on providing the fundamentals of engineering to the first year graduate students, so that they can memorize them well and understand the core engineering concepts.
The H&S program outcomes are pretty clear, they are aimed at making the first year students perfect in the basic engineering aspects, to help them grasp the advanced technical topics.
The departmental events of H&S are important for the students, as they can improve the theoretical and practical skills. So, our students are encouraged to participate in these events.
The HOD of H&S department is E. Chandra Shekar. He leads the group with fine expertise and immense strength, and implements every bit of his findings in his 23 years of experience.
The H&S labs play an unparalleled role in fostering the students’ knowledge in Engineering and IT, Communication skills, Physics and Chemistry, C language and Engineering Drawing.
Our students and faculty take part in various events conducted by other colleges or organizations, and proved their skills at those platforms. They have earned various achievements.
