E. Chandra Shekar 23 years of teaching experience. He has worked as Head of the Department in various Engineering colleges. He acted as Officer-in-charge of Examinations, Academics in-charge. He is a member of ISTE. His profound knowledge – base makes him an able mentor and guide. His active participation in multi level academic activities, workshops and seminars gives him the advantage of a well experienced professional who can steer the future generations to a bright future. He has established the labs related to First year B.Tech. JNTUH curriculum in several Engineering colleges. His qualification includes M.Sc. (Electronics) – I class, B.Ed., M.Phil. (Ph.D).

The Department objectify well-qualified, dexterous and dedicated faculty who have always endeavored to provide the best in terms of expertise and ingenuity aiming at holistic development of the first year engineering students. Various subjects instructed by the professors of the department are of prime importance for all round enrichment and grooming of students. Apart from the regular schedule of teaching, faculty are keenly responsible and committed to counsel and mentor the students periodically to iron out their academic problems. The department comprises state-of-art laboratories and facility accomplishing student’s needs and demands. An exclusive English Communication skills Laboratory has been set up to put through grind proficiency in English Language to cope up with the cut throat competition in the job market. Faculty are constantly advancing in research and Development activities apart from teaching acting as a beacon in guiding and motivating the students to carryout various projects and internship. The Department is on a mission to create and disseminate and blazon knowledge and mechanism in intellectual areas by coalescing the areas of engineering with applied Sciences and Humanities.
